EU: 7-10 working days

- Small package: 13,20€ shipping cost
- Large package: 17,95€ shipping cost

Order value over 70€: free shipping
International: 12-14 working days

Shipping information
Goods are delivered by the usual shipping service providers (SDA, DHL, UPS, Post Office, etc.) within about 2-8 business days.
The goods are usually shipped 1-2 days after receipt of payment. The goods remain the property of Gardena.Net S.n.c. until full payment is received.
Of course, we also deliver to other International countries within the European Union, but this may result in higher shipping costs and longer delivery times. If you would like your order to be shipped to a country other than 'Italy, Austria or Germany, please contact us.
Delivery delays and unavailability of goods
In exceptional cases, there may be delays in delivery or unavailability of the desired goods. In these cases we will inform you immediately.
Return
If you are not satisfied with the delivery, you can of course return the products within 14 days. If we customize a product for you, there is no right of return unless there are serious defects in the material immediately after delivery. A proof of purchase must be attached to the return. Returns will only be accepted if the description of the defect has been communicated in advance. Gardena.Net S.n.c. the right to conduct an inspection of the product.
